• Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds apply only to services not yet rendered or where deliverables have not been provided as described in the engagement letter.
• Refund Procedure: To request a refund, please submit your request via our contact form within 30 days of engagement. Provide your invoice number and a brief explanation of your request.
• Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of approval through the original payment method.
• Non-refundable Services: Services already performed, court fees, government charges, and third-party costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet these criteria.
